What are your candles made of?

All candles are hand-poured in Malaysia with 100% natural soy wax for a clean burn.

Are scented candle safe?
Consumers can be confident that a well-made and properly burned candle, whether scented or unscented, soy wax will burn cleanly and safely. We strictly follow the recommended usage of fragrances approved for candle – which will not release toxic chemicals and is safe to use.

What makes an all-natural soy wax candle different?
Compared to the paraffin wax which is refined from crude oil, soy wax is an organic wax derived from vegetable-sources soybeans. Soy wax burns cleaner with no petrol-carbon soot and do not release toxins.

How quickly will my order ship?
We put all effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please allow us to take about 1 – 3 business days to pack up and ship out your order.

Do you have a store I can visit in-person?

Yes, we do provide self pick-up service.

Available visit time: Monday – Friday 10 am – 5 pm.

Can I buy your products wholesale to sell them in my store?

Do you offer any discounts on large orders?
Yes! For more information on bulks order, please drop a message on our instagram @nildeco.my. Some examples of large orders that we’re happy to accommodate are:

How Much Is The Shipping Fee charges?

Nildeco offers FREE shipping as follows:

  • RM100 and above (West Malaysia only)

Shipping charges for orders worth below RM100 are as follows:

  • West Malaysia – RM 8.
  • East Malaysia – RM 15.

How Do I Place An Order?

  1. Register / Sign in your account.
  2. Choose the product you want and proceed to Checkout.
  3. Place your order.
  4. You will receive receive an order confirmation from Nildeco website and a payment confirmation email from the payment gateway.

Can I Place An Order Without Create An Account?

Unfortunately but no. You must create/sign in an account to place an order. You may create an account at ‘My Account’ page or during checkout.

What Are The Available Payment Methods?

Nildeco accepts payments in Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) only. We are supported by GHL Pay and accept the following payment methods:

  • Ghl Pay (Visa/Master card)
  • FPX Online Banking (E-banking)
  • E-Wallet (Touch’N Go)

What Should I Do If I Receive A Faulty Product?

If by any chance, you purchase any of our products which come in faulty or incorrect, you may return the product(s) within 48 hours from the date you receive the product as long as a proof of the original receipt is provided to initiate the refund or exchange process. Please provide us the items listed above to carry out the return process:

  • Order ID
  • Reasons For Returning
  • Photo (ALL in 1 single photo): Nildeco packaging + Consignment note + faulty product(s)

Nildeco reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or above terms are not met.

How Do I Return & Exchange The Product(s)?

You can return items (For Exchange ONLY) up to 14 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
